3. Nature of the service
MaghrebCars is a technical matchmaking platform connecting customers and car rental providers in Morocco.
MaghrebCars is not a traditional rental agency, does not own the vehicles and does not become a party to the rental agreement concluded between customer and provider.
Rental agreements, vehicle handover, guarantees, insurance, deposits, on-site payments and operational obligations remain the responsibility of the customer and the relevant provider, subject to mandatory applicable rules.
4. Hosting
Technical hosting: Google Cloud / Firebase, in European environments to the extent supported by the effective technical configuration.
Additional technical services may be used for email, maps, anti-abuse protection and service stability, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Personal data and update
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
